Doll Without Wings - $50 USD

How to Commission:
1. First check my commission status,which is always posted.
2. Read all Rules about commissioning me.
3. If I have a free commission spot,please send an e-mail to dementedmoongoddess@hotmail.com with a request to commission me,I will then send a request for details,if I have decided to consider your Commission.
4. Do not expect a Doll/Etc. to be whipped out in under a half hour(I have had people expect this). My time is just as valuable as yours and good work can take some time.
5. I will request half the payment up front as a deposit(too many people trying to scam artists now and days). Once that deposit is given to me,I will start the commission. Deposits like this are non-refundable.
6. Once I start making a Doll/Etc,all editting is forbidden. Requests to do so will meet with silence and repeated badgering to do so will meet with termination of the Commission with no refund of the deposit.
7. Keep tabs on the progress on your Commission through my Status key and any links I give to you,to see the progress.
8. One Request per the form provided.
9. I will try and make the Doll/Etc. the best I can,so as to capture personality and look. But please do not try and tell me exactly what pose it should be in,how its hands are positioned and such,this is annoying and can be grounds for my cancelling the commission with no refund on the deposit.

Terms of Service:
When you enter into a commission with me,you agree to these terms/rules.
1. I reserve the right to cancel the commission,if we are having differences and can not settle them. You will not get a refund if this happens.
2. I reserve the right to not take any commission at all,with no reason given.
3. I retain all copyright to the work and may post it anywhere as an example of my work. In return the Commissioner agrees to not trade,sell,alter,make copies,etc. of any kind in any form.without my express permission. All other uses must be cleared with me,the artist. If you use it anywhere else without the express permission of me,the artist,you will come under copyright infringement.
4. If you cancel a commission,you will then lose the deposit. This also gives me the right to finish the Doll/Etc. and sell it to someone else if I so wish.
5. You may not remove my Copyright image from the Doll/Etc. or try to circumvent it in anyway.
6. Badgering me about when it will be done,can be grounds for me canceling the commission,you will then lose the deposit.
7. I retain all rights to alter these Terms of Service at anytime,bearing in mind the interests of all involved.
